Customer service is phenomenal. Technical support is top-notch, if you need it (as i did for a software glitch) the cell tower operation is excellent.
This is a no-brainer, and consider it a chearp investment in your safety. It is a lifesaver, literally, for anyone with major medical problems who's in a bad way. Use on rentals and flips.

Simplisafe is a disgusting ripoff company. I know amazon is customer centric, whatever that means past the pandering. It’s the biggest rip off ever.

I have had it a month and i am sticking with the 27
Our municipality will charge hundreds of dollars for any false alarm after a set amount unless we pay an annual license
I pay the 30mo plan and it has served me well especially when needing to film for the police and yes ive needed this

Fast forward to two weeks ago when i ordered my simplisafe system
Customer service assured me this is not supposed to happen and are sending me a replacement base station

I did have to adjust the blinds to fit the window sensors in so that the blinds didn’t hit them
