Pros

The padding is good. The storage area is very spacious. It's extra sturdy to sit on provides ample storage for blanket, photo files, and/or games. Wanted potential extra seating and storage.

The cushion is firm and can support a cup of liquid without spilling easily because of being too “cushy”. The linen fabric is super soft. It is scratch free and easy to clean.

Its very sturdy. Very sturdy. It’s very durable. How this holds up is yet to be seen but on day 1 i am very impressed.

Overall, it’s a winner! Definitely met my expectations. This ottoman is perfect, and deep for storage. It is perfect in every way.

Cons

Buyer hinges out on wrong on each side. One corner's stitching has split exposing the padding. We are on our 3rd coffee table and it too has had the hinges break off.

Just a warning to anyone thinking of purchasing, this product comes with a prop 65 warning label. Very unhappy with order.

Shipping

There is no padding inside the box the ottoman is only wrapped in a cloth and that is it so i can see how there could be damage in shipping

Packaging/appearance

But only once so breaking in the padding may yield a softer top over time

Ours arrived within 3 days and it arrived undamaged but the small warning i have is the manufactures packaging could use some padding

It came with 2inch screws for the feet which were too long
