Pros

Inside is the connector the dongar connects/splices into. Once the shroud is removed it is very easy to install the dongar usb port. Just be careful when routing the usb cable through the shroud.

The quickest and cleanest way to install a dash cam. Comes with a usb cable that is of a perfect length. Cleans up the installation of any dash-cam.

Cons

It says it must have auto-dimming and only for framelees mirror but it's not true. No power through mirror or usb output. I wish it were a bit more reliable and durable.

I installed this in my daughters car a mazda cx5 4 months ago works exactly as described

Unfortunately my dashcam uses usb minib so i cant use either of these
