Pros
Magnetic holder holds the stem to the caddie. Rubber, while durable, flexes better. No flimsy plastic doors that open up.
Simplehuman plunger has a 5 year warranty. Worked quickly & easily. Has thousands of positive reviews.
Cons
Don't waste your money on this plunger unless your looking for a doorstop. The simplehuman brush head is just large and cumbersome and didn't work for me. It looks slick and all, but i really wasn't interested in decor.

The brush is absolutely useless. Functionally, it’s no more than fair. It's pretty & holds up but ended up being a waste of money.
The replaceable head is constantly unscrewing itself. The bristle are so stiff it scratched toilet bowl. Part of the handle is stainless steel.
Absolutely disgusting & longlasting smell out of the box, brand new. Smells like cheap oily gasoline petroleum they used to mold the rubber.

This plunger is sturdier then any previous 🪠 i have owned
I have been very disheartened with old style where the top plate keeps breaking or coming loose
Throw out those dollar general store brushes instead of replacing them every month

However i am giving this product 4 stars instead of 5 due to its price point
Easy to install and much less expensive than replacing the whole set
Expensive but last forever and do the job very well
Not a big deal but its not intuitive and took me a while to figure it out
Packaging/appearance
Thy look very nice with your bathroom decor
It doesn’t say where it’s made on the packaging but costco’s website says it’s made in taiwan
Needed a new plunger for our guest bathroom that was nice looking but didnt stand out as an attention grabber

While i appreciate the quality and design it is noticeably more expensive than other models on the market
