Pros
Easy to change the liner and it tucks away neatly.
The lion's share of negative reviews are from those who don't buy the bigger liners made to fit this can. We are very happy with this garbage can! The swing top being flat, swings into the can and this limits how much it can hold.
Cons
The swing top is nothing but a hindrance. It holds more like 9-10 gallons, not 14. Swinging lid broke off a few months in.
Taking the bag out is a chore. As you do, the bag comes off of the liner and begs you to put garbage in.
