Pros

The size is perfect for a small apace. The stainless steel stays clean. This arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition.

I love the custom bag liners it came with. They are pretty, easily wiped and do not dent. New ones pop up quite often and they usually are a great deal in a damaged box.

It is easier to attach bags to (we wrapped them and tucked the excess through the hole). The interior has a hole for hanging your refill trash bag. An inner plastic can that will lift completely out.

Cons

Non-standard bag size is a disaster, since the owner can't or won't maintain a stock of the (severalfold more expensive) proprietary bags. The bags are a bit overpriced and can only be found online. I assume if you buy their brand the bags fit snugly ... Read More

I’ve never spent so much money on a trash can but it was well worth it

We were notified that the product was delivered on 71422 via usps

It came on time without any problem

Then on 71722 it was delivered by fedex

Packaging/appearance

Trashcan came packaged nicely and works well haven’t had any problems so far

There were dents and scratches on the side due to the poor packing

Doubleboxed and packaged with no dents or dings anywhere

Aside from that my old one was recently dented by someone tripping and falling on it

Competitiveness

There are scammers sending other brands in place of simplehuman

This is a replacement can for a predecessor of the same brand we had for about 10 years

Other than that this can is superior to others of this size and bigger for a few reasons
