This product works great to eliminate the musty smell from the old heat pump when it defrosts. The scent smells great! It eliminates the odor.
Cons
I have this item on subscribe and save and the last couple items i have received have had issues. Was to have lasted 3 months. Won't be purchasing again.

This gel was absolutely incredible the smell is gone permanently within days

The jar was too large for my ac unit so i just set it on a window sill with a fan pointed at it to circulate the air over it and within a few days there is no trace of the smell anymore

The first time we used it we had to pop the gel out of the container it came in and put it in a larger container so the gel had more surface area exposed to the air flow in our return air duct
