Low carb/gluten free baking mix. Made with almond flour, it has fewer carbs than most muffin mixes. Even though i don't have to eat gluten free, this is a flavorful alternative.

Cons

These have next to no flavor. Cooked one box and threw away the other boes. This flavor however is not good at all.
