It doesnt come with any directions so you have to come back to the website description to see how to get the plastic piece so the laptop doesnt slide off

At first i thought the high elevation positions were useless since the laptops slides right off despite it saying the anitslide feature would keep laptop in place it doesnt

You really do need the plastic thing that is clipped in on the bottom its not obvious to find and theres not actual directions for it
