Very helpfully the package comes with spare battery which is being charged constantly by the transmitter so when battery in the headset goes flat you have another charged ready and waiting

A good product for the money 2 rechargeable batteries supplied 1 in transmitter base which charges while base is on and one in headphone

I have a deficiency in one ear that is accommodated by the controller thus equalising the output from them

One extra comment is that my order was supposed to include a spare battery that was missing and i cannot send an email to the simolio address given on the support website if anyone can help please assist
