Im not sure if its because she takes them in and out of the jack on the computer all the time or what but the sound is so glitchy that you cant hear what is being said at all now

For my eight year old son he found it really low and hard to hear with them so i tried them on and their volume is horrible good quality though if you have a child like mines that has special needs its hard to break
