This product works exactly like i hoped it would. It works a little differently from tv to tv. I wish it had better speakers, but it is a decent value and works adequately.

Quick guide for installation lists three methods for hookup. Easy to setup, easy to recharge. Liked the ease of installation and use.
The sound from the wireless speaker is pretty good, better than smaller headphones or earbuds. The rechargeable battery lasts a ridiculously long time.
Cons
The battery lasts up until early evening. Three months in, all the indicator lights work but no sound. Sound is loud, but sound completely cuts out about every 5 minutes.
Product support page is useless. Returning the product for a new one doesn't seem to be an option. Appears that we are stuck with a lemon product.
The transmitter & receiver are in the same room, approximately 10 - 12 feet apart, with nothing between them. Performed trouble shooting to no avail.

I emailed the company and they were quick responsive and in less then a week i had a new speaker… very impressed
It arrived very quickly after my husband ordered it for me
I contacted customer service and we tried trouble shooting and now they are sending a new one
Packaging/appearance
The wireless tv speaker comes packaged in a retail box with photos of the product on the outside and a nice picture of a wiring diagram
Inside the box the speaker is padded by a couple of pieces of styrofoam

You will also need to follow directions that are provided by simolio with regard to changes that may need to be made on sound settings for primenetflix etc

Finally contacted their customer support and the communication was not the best but they sent a replacement

There is no audio lag time whatsoever when hooked up with the optical cord

Once i hooked it up it was so easy for her to simply turn a knob like a radio knob and adjust the volume
