Pros
Moderate golfers elbow (medial epicondilytis) in left arm. Already have shown it to my fellow golfers and softball buddies.
New item is far more flexible than the original one both in torsion and flex. I guess it basically evens out since you either need 3 theraband bars or one siemens bar with three inserts.
It has a good amount of weight to it and has some inserts to give you various stiffness. It's a roller and trainer in one, it's durable. This is a must have tool for anyone’s fitness arsenal.

My problem is that i’m 74 years old and fairly weak in my arms and hands and even with the lowest resistance it’s just too much for me
Before buying simiens elbow brace i purchased a different brand with the air bubble from walgreens

I did end up returning this however because without clear instruction by an inperson pt or doctor i felt like i wasnt doing the exercises right and dont want to hurt myself more

Within 2 rather painful weeks of daily use my pain has decreased significantly and i cancelled the invasive procedure

The rubber is so thick even without the inserts that add resistance

I was able to use the various inserts for therapy but not the main tube which sort of defeats the purpose
