I find that although the build quality of this mattress is excellent and appears to try to cater to most sleepers sadly i concluded near to the end of the trial that the mattress was not for me and decided to purchase a different one and return it

My justification for the rating is also a lot to do with simbas customer service

The purchase delivery and subsequent return and refund was smooth and not a bad word to say about their customer service

The 100 night trial is a fantastic offering from simba especially since there is only one mattress that they sell and if you dont get on with it simply send it back and get a refund

It is a shame that simba dont produce and sell a softer mattress as i think that wouldve been fine but as it turns out the current mediumfirm offering doesnt appear to be for me
