We got one with bristles and foam just at the tip but then the foam was the only part that actually worked well and from using this part mostly it broke so fast within 2 weeks

It is worth noting that i also tried a brush by nuk that had a blue spongelike head i had high hopes but it was too stiff and large to fit in a bottle well and consequently started ripping after only a few uses

Although i do hope they last longer the current solution is to replace after couple of months

If you are using smaller cap bottles like dr browns this one wont fit
