After having the dressing in place for about 36 hours the outlook on this wound is drastically changed for the better. The price is a much better value compared to competitors. It's not cheap either, but certainly more cost effective than polymem.
Recommended by wound care specialist to treat a life threatening pressure ulcer. Helps burn heal faster and without scaring. It really speeds up the healing process.

I’ve read about the benefits of silver for wounds and they do make a silver polymem too but it costs even more than the standard version

I changed the pad every 3 days and after 2 weeks i could hardly tell the burn was there

Just remember you will need tape or so adhesive to secure these pads because they do not contain any adhesive

This was not a result of this dressing but rather a deeply set wound that would not heal from the inside to out for over 4 years on a diabetics foot
