Pros

This thing is a game changer. I am fairly certain mine was authentic, shipped from and sold by amazon. Made of premium-quality silicone and is heat resistant up to 480°f.

Absolutely everything rinses right off with hot water when you're done. You can put them in the dishwasher which is nice. The only issue is that, in order to remove the oily feeling that builds up after several uses, i have to soak the mat in hot, soa... Read More

Cons

Life is too short to walk on eggshells with this made in france mat. If i doesn't cost around $25 it is almost certainly a knock off counterfeit. Disappointed in the longevity of this product.

Mat is very greasy. Also gives off fumes that sting my eyes when i open the oven. The idea of this thing being in contact with my food, with this kind of off-gassing, is disgusting.

Silicone/fiberglass mat is not dishwasher safe. It allows the bottom of bread and rolls to burn. My oven was set to only 375 degrees to roast some veggies.
