Pros

The siloxa-tek 8500 ready to use is excellent. Easy to use with above average longevity. Glad to see it get fixed and will gladly recommend this product for future projects.

White water like sealer was applied with the 3/8” nap painting roller and extension. Easy to apply and broom any puddles between pavers. Used a sprayer.

The mortar is in good condition but we could tell it hadn't been sealed. Purchased 2 containers to seal a 4 year old driveway. Seems to protect my garage and driveway from spaulding.

Cons

The product contains no siloxane as the siloxa-tek suggests. Evaporative alcohol agents always in water-based repellents are technically active ingredients, so this product could literally contain 1% silane and the rest evaporatives and water. The man... Read More

We were duped. The misleading marketing practices of this product and the very low amounts of solids. Did not work.
