Pros
Big, covers eyes completely and has soft material. Not the typical flimsy backstrap. I have trouble falling asleep, these seem to help. When i wear them loose, they are actually very comfortable to me.

I prefer an eye mask to have eye pockets so you can open your eyes and blink without the mask touching them

The first night i wore these i dont even remember being awake with them on for more than a minute so i know these did not prevent me from going to sleep and seems to help me go to sleep much faster
