Pros
Markings for sizing are great. Washes off so easy. Easy to clean, lays flat stays in place. Wish it were easier to clean though, since it's very floppy.
Worked better than expected. For me that makes it worth another few bucks. Still was a good purchase, however.

Love the mat works well easy to clean and protects the work surface
Flour always managed to end up beyond the parchment paper leaving a counter clean up
