Valesco mats are every bit as wonderful as my silpat mats. An exceptional product. Has seemed a decent quality for price if not quite as good as the name brand silpats.

The circles help me to be consistent with my sizing. Compensated to use all circled spots on the mats for macarons by using them on inverted half-sheet pans.

All silicone products have an odor. What a waste. Try a few first before piping out an entire batch and having these mats ruin them.

Not only do they not clean well, they make my macarons hallow and even cook uneven leaving lopsided macs. Macarons come out better using parchment paper.
