Pros

The mat is very helpful to make macarons. It's easy to get the cookies off and onto a cooling rack. The diagrams for spacing are great. Bought these back in november of 2020 as a less wasteful alternative to parchment paper.

The cleanup afterward is so simple. I just wash them with soapy water and let them air dry. They handle heqvy use and make clean up a breeze.

Cons

These are a good substitute for foil or parchment paper but are not worth your money. They are not the same size as my baking sheets, they are a little bit smaller, so i can't cook as many cookies as i can covering the entire sheet with parchment pape... Read More
