Pros
These make baking so easy. These small ones were purchased for use in an air fryer with a rectangular metal tray. Cookies bake perfectly.
Does discolor a bit, but doesn't seem to affect the end result so far. Comparable to my silpats in terms of quality and ease of use. Easy cleanup just rinse or soak in warm soapy water, rinse and pat dry.
Cons
The mat smokes terribly. Then the smoke becomes worrisome so i take it out. I'm not sure if its safe to use once brittle. Now has oily film on it.

We made individual pizzas and baked cookies in our toaster oven since our regular oven is not working

Btw the inside temp of the air fryer never is usedusuallyover 375 degree f

The metal beneath the mat also gets stained even though there is never that much greaseoil emitted from the food being cooked

The only issue i have is that while it is dishwasher safe it’s fairly hard to clean when “gunk” gets stuck to it
