The only minor complaint is that i have trouble washing it so that the mat doesn't feel greasy. Bacon comes out great and cleanup is easy. This mat makes cleanup much easier since it can be washed in the kitchen sink.

Silicone mats fit nordic ware naturals aluminum big baking pan sheet. Fits very well on my nordic ware 2/3 sheet, however the corners are too close to a 90° angle not allowing it to fall perfectly flat.

Large, flexible, scads of markings for measurements & such. The diagrams on the mats help as well. The thickness is great and the markings on it are very helpful.

These are great, i use them mainly for baking cookies. They work well baking my cookies. Open the drawer that the mat sits in and all my conversions are right there. Guide for pie dough and cookie diameters.

Especially a mat to roll out dough, cut and shape. I use it for protection if my glass stovetop. It is a bit expensive but quite sturdy yet flexible enough to roll up.

Despite the spectacular claim in the product description the mat is not non-stick at all. On first use, from the edges on toward the center, the product was cracked in the pan.
