These (most if not all thumb drives) are formatted to ms-fat32.

If your're like me (i use a mac) but want to be able to use it between a mac and a pc (windows) then that's done by reformatting it on your mac.

Please note, your mac will still recognize this drive without making any changes at all however you won't be able to use it until the format is changed to be compatible.

However, after few months the locking system broke, so now i have just the flash drive but no way to hang to my badge cord.
