Spent 45 minutes with customer support and could not reformat or erase. On 1 to only 2 go is usable before and after format disk. Now it give me a prompt message of corruptive, despite i never dropped this so called rugged portable external hard drive... Read More
This product is the worst external drive i ever purchased. Tried all the upgrades for it and then googled it. Do not buy, it is not strong, it is fragile.
