They must be labelled incorrectly because there is literally no support with these pillows. Very disappointed. If they can't manage a decent pillow god only knows what sort of standard the rest of their products are.
They are thin and flimsy and you need atleast 2. They are cheaply made. After 2 months mine are flat and lumpy.

Isnt very hard tends to squish up after a while because of how soft it is
