Pros
Mesh-like material is supportive and you can cozier than it looks. I like to be an ergonomic rebel and sit cross-legged a lot. Whether i'm working or gaming, my posture feels natural and supported.
Parts fit together in a solid fashion.
Cons
The mesh is made of rubber (or at least feels like it), and is very uncomfortable against bare skin. Maybe they have more padding on their own back, but i do not. As for me being stuck with this *-torturing chair thank you ( sihoo) for nothing!
The chair squeaks badly from the base. The casters and the base is made up of very cheap material.
The headrest protrudes more than necessary and is useless. The heads on all 4 bolts holding the arm rests have popped off. It is impossible to make adjustments with the exception of the headrest.
The lumbar support is very uncomfortable. Started having chronic back pain that would only be alleviated by not using this chair. The back adjustment knob is nearly useless and the lumba support loosens quickly.
The most upright position of the chair isn't close to being upright. I’ve tried tightening the resistance and it doesn’t seem to help. The lack of ability to lock the recline means i can't use this chair for any back support.

You can choose to add the arms or not i like to slide my chair under the desk so left them off and its better for me

Have been looking for a chair with in my budget and found one that was perfect on price
This chair is amazing and the cost is great too
But for the money is a great chair

They responded quickly and had a new arm rest delivered within a week
I reported it to customer service and they warrantied the part immediately

Arrived as described easy to put together
My first impression wasnt good it smelled of strong plastic right out of the packaging
Getting it out of the box was easy it was arranged properly for customers to look for all accessories
Competitiveness
The two major pros of this chair compared to others in this price bracket are definitely the headrest and the breathable mesh
Was debating between the m57 and some of sihoos more expensive units but ultimately ended up choosing the m57 as a good middleground
Aside from that i would say this is a good option for someone whos looking for a chair in this price range

There is no cushion and the fabric you sit on is hard yet flexible

Its fairly bulky and heavy so i suggest assembling in place or near where itll be
