It feels very sturdy and durable and installation was flawless and easy. Reversing the inside mounting plate 180 deg allows you to mount the receiver module with the battery's down. Easy to program.

The lock looks very stylish and the backlit * are very easy to see in the dark. Handle is reversible so didn't have to worry about ordering left or right handed. Compares to sets 3 times the price at lowes and home depot.

Works well. I'm in minnesota, and we had a sub-zero night a few nights ago, and it worked fine. Lastly, i was thrilled with the support.

Only thing left working is the default user code of 1234. Now i have to clean it every other day to get it to lock. You have to manually re lock the door every time you enter the code.

Pulled battery cover and found heavy corrosion on both ends of one battery. Cleaned and neutralized then reassembled unit. Changed batteries, tried to reset, nothing works at all now.
