Pros & Cons
Pros
Works well on straight on access to roof. Works fine on new fallen snow. Does exactly what the video shows.
Light weighted and easy to maneuver. Great removing snow, bows a little and a little hard to manouver at full length of 30ft. It is very tough and longer than the 16 ft pole.
Cons
This thing is too fragile. Mine bent within minutes of using it. Pole is very flimsy and bent just by trying to bring it up to the roof.
Highlights
Quality
With the pole fully assembled it is quite heavy and tiring but 100 worth it because it cuts down time to remove snow from the roof
The unit works fine on new fallen snow
The assembly diagram was hard to read with the blade section having slopes both directions so i thought i had it the wrong way
Packaging/appearance
I got a real surprise the first time when rectangular blocks of snow slid down the pole towards me making me jump out of the way
Competitiveness
Great removing snow bows a little and a little hard to manouver at full length of 30ft

As a way to improve it i would suggest some small plastic slidersbumpers instead of wheels as this tool would be used when theres snow on the roof already
