Low calaries low fat great nutrition. Little pricey but very good quality soybean.
My soy milk tastes fresher than what i used to buy at the store. Flavor is fine. Quality seems good, with no weird taste in the soy.

These beans have a white hilum, or eye, which is considered ideal for soymilk. Soak 1 cup dried beans in fridge 8-12 hours or overnight in plenty of fresh, cold water.

They look smaller than the beans you can get in asian market
