Pros

The plush bed is so soft and the height is very good. This is firm but not as firm as the floor or an over inflated mattress. The signature design by ashley full mattress is super comfortable.

This one is perfect for someone who wants a little give in the firmness vs. Softness category. It supported me without sinking in so far that i would have an awkward ergonomic position, leading to aches or soreness in the morning.

Cons

In less than a year my 130 pounds have caused very noticeable dip in the middle. Despite frequent rotation it has already developed sagging. I am very disappointed and disgusted by this situation.

Amazon is absolutely no help. Canceling all my amazon subscriptions and canceling my prime account. And the store has a no return policy. Got a refund.
