It is slightly darker head on, but it's barely noticeable. It's not too dark and has no glare. There is nothing wrong with the filter itself; it works well as a privacy filter. The anti-glare works fine.

Small cut-out on the top of the screen is there so you can place your finger to pry the screen off if you need to readjust it or clean under it. No static electricity required.

Cons

The instructions on these are terrible. Be careful when ordering. Costumer support * don't try to get a refund from them. Will not purchase again.
