I struggled with trying to twist and pull this out for quite a while so hopefully this will save you the trouble

Lift the bottom of the panel slightly so it is higher than the screw terminal thats at the bottom then use the big hole in the top to tap the top of the panel with a hammer

The selfthreading nut is a real pain but by pressing as you turn and going slowly it will probably work ok

Note that this box does not come with a ground bar

If you are using this as a subpanel or disconnect you will need a ground bar to tie the box and the grounds for the inputs and outputs together separately from the neutral bus
