The reason for the 4 stars is although its suitable for any usbc device it feels a little too big compared to my 2017 macbook the colour of this by the way is a close match to the spacegrey of the macs but not identical

The other reason for the 4 star rating is due to when i started using this the power connection would drop ever so often and not charge my macbook

The usb c sockets on the new macbooks are quite a firm fit so i think one of these adapters will save my macbook from either having the socket damaged or worse the laptop being accidentally knocked to the floor

As the apple usb c charging cable is only used for charging the adapter can stay put

Update the connectioncharge is now quite intermittent

It is slightly bulky on my phone and i had to take the case off but i use it at night and it stops my cat from messing with my phone
