Pros

Compact foldable quality ladder with easy to use. It fits neatly in my compartment. I promise my purchases it due to the fact that it becomes so compact.

It operates at a touch and is more study than your typicall wooden or aluminum extension ladder. It's tall enough to get to the top of our travel trailer and lite enough to put on board. Really versatile and handy.

It is sturdy on carpet, holds two people. Not as wobbly as most ladders but over all a good product.

Cons

The instructions were very limited, so there are parts we can’t figure out where to go. Instructions are incomplete.

This ladder is very dangerous - a true health hazard. Untrustworthy and pool fabricated. The ladder was damaged.
