The ability to swap out keystroke short cuts for the press of one button has cut my editing time by half. My main use is with photoshop and lightroom. I use fcp x and have been looking for just this type of tool to make my editing more efficient.

There is an icon in your toolbar that controls which preset you are using so once i learned how to switch the preset i was up and running.

The shuttle jog is composed of the outer ring and center dial. The smooth, free-spinning silver wheel is for fine tuning. The three indents in the jog wheel are a nice touch. The jog wheel for frame by frame scrubbing feels fantastic.

If you're a pro tools or other daw or video suite pro, well, you already know about this, because it's irresistibly efficient. I use it with adobe premiere pro cc on my laptop right alongside my track ball.
