Is it as good or better than cartridges that cost hundreds or thousands of dollars more
As mentioned i bought this when the price was 100110 only a few years ago

Put this on a audiotechnica headshell and use if for my at120 and it sounds great
Cartridges ive used recently include audiotechnica at95e grado prestige black and audiotechnica at92ecd in other words

Sorry correction i paid 90 i checked it’s awesome cartridge for even 150 but for 500 you can get lot better then this

Cut to the chase the stock 97xe while having a strong familial resemblance to the v15v sounded like it had just a bit of fur on it

I do find its performance to be pretty articulate and to my ears at least it sounds great and i feel that its accurately reproducing my music

Again i dont have a plethora of confoundingly obscure and largely subjective audiophile terms to describe it i just know that i dig it and that it tracks far better than anything else ive used to date and at a miniscule down force of only 1

My guess is that the brush altered the contact of the stylus meeting the vinyl and since theres so little tracking force required to make it work well i think that may have factored in
