I sing 3 nights a week using a beta 87a shure mic and thought i would give this mic a try
Well this mic is comparable to the sm7b in every way
So i decided to send it back and get an sm58 wireless system
I was looking for a mic that would be comparable to my shure sm7b but i could use live on stage

Some had flat frequencies that sounded good but would have some bad feedback issues if my headphones were close or mics that sounded bassy and ones that i got tired to those i had to eat up the mics

Doesnt sound too muddy either which you can still understand someone when singing and talking but there is one slight issue like if you need to dial down for much louder sounds cant quite hear it in my headphones which are beyerdynamic 770 but that could just be me maybe

The proximity effect is what boosts the bass frequencies when a singer moves close to the microphone

I swear i was going to return this fast if it was anything more than 20 below the sm7b in sound quality
