Pros
These are a lifesaver - and so cheap! Makes me consider getting the tool that these refills are for. Have to watch pad. Gives a clean line every time.
It's so much faster than edging with a brush or taping. Use a sharp scissors to trim the top bristles to an angle, this avoids them mashing against the wall and risking the top edge being slightly off.
Cons
Pads are cheap and flimsy now. There is no way to hard clip the pad in place so after a few passes it just slides off.

So what i do is use this pad first and then lightly feather with a brush in a 90 degree direction while the paint is still wet
