Pros

Brilliant bit of engineering. Easy to snap on and snap off in a few seconds. Solid and is quick and easy to use.

This capo is small and discreet. Works really well and doesn't obstruct your hand as much as some other capos.

Still the best capo out there for convex neck guitars. Helped massively to get right tune. Means i don't have to keep swapping with the one i already have.

Good service and delivery. All brilliant. Also, great price on amazon.

Cons

This makes it much harder to use and get all the strings properly held in position.

Quality

The quality is always consistent and great

And its quality made with a lovely colour and finish

I first heard about the quality of shubb capos from the legend rory block

Competitiveness

I previously owned a nonadjustable guitar capo that was not sufficient for clamping the strings at various degrees of tension on the neck

What a fabulous capo how did i ever get by with cheapos before

Strong brass construction but by way of example lighter than a g7

However i was having to buy replacement s as the steel strings damaged the rubber which could not be replaced

Im hoping that the adjustment to the tensioner will reduce the damage to the rubber
