Me i pulled it out put my pillow case on it even though it came with one that looks like clouds and went to sleep

I received this item in the mail and the box was broken half open and the pillow was soiled and damp due to very poor packaging it literally looked like they ran out of tape on the exterior of the box

I was expecting a premium product and this was totally average and did not meet my expectations for the price point
