A few bucks spent on this book could save many people from falling into many stupid pitfalls like trying to eat stupid amounts of protein doing amazingly dumb routines and trying to get ripped doing way too much cardio

I would highly recommend anybody looking to get on the fitness and muscle building track to go thru davids book first so that they can save on the time and effort not to mention the draw backs of working out for long with no results
