Front of the hairdryer surface looks not clean. One of the attachment have some scratches to you can see in photo.

It might be a liiiiittle bit on the heavy side but the power is excellent
I did own a dyson and after 3 years it stopped working never again
I have fine hair so i always use it on low heat and within 3 minutes my shoulder length hair is dry and silky and not matted

It’s the best dryer you can buy for this price
