This is absolutely not the case with ikkos as those are verylike extremely heavy swingy and their earhooks constantly fall off my ears somehow because the hooks are just too big and go wide over my ears instead of around

Shozys are completely sealed theres no path for air to enter or escape the earphone and because of that sound isolation is incredible

Also when sound stops like song ends for example it creates this feeling of deafness when you literally hear nothing and its kind of scary same to how earplugs work
