Pros

Great over-pant commuting solution. Lower legs have two velcro straps to assure tight lower leg.

Great rainy, cold, dreary winter gear. That's where this stuff shined. Nice and dry.

Cons

Good construction, but questionably trim through the seat and thighs. They barely fit without jeans. I really like my jacket and gloves from showers pass but these pants were instantly disappointing.
