Pros
Switching between modes is seamless. Works perfectly. Only complaint is that the spray isnt very wide. Works in nt mode.
Water flow is a very important part of dealing with bad eczema. Softer water is a plus. Produces good water flow and a nice spray pattern, without removing the flow restrictor.
Easy to install. The instructions are honestly the most clearly written and illustrated i have ever seen in a hardware product that requires installation.
Cons
Brass is too yellow. Part where the wrench grabs onto the shower to screw it into the spout is too small. Wrench keeps slipping and getting stuck during installation which ends up breaking the plastic ball joint bracket. Power massage doesn't really f... Read More
