Pros & Cons
Pros
The brake works well and is definitely needed. Easy to assemble. Looks to be super sturdy and simple to raise and lower wheels.
Mobile base handles drill press very well. Instructions say to tighten all the bolts before putting your machinery on the mobile base. Works perfectly with my 400lb powermatic bandsaw.
The stationary feet are easy to engage/disengage. Rollers are solid and move smoothly. Holds it well, but needs a very flat surface to roll easily.
Fit and finish of the stand is very nice and its super stout. Very sturdy and well made. Shop fox protects the perfection of their product with robust, first rate packaging.
Cons
Leveling base proved impossible. The feet only move a couple mm vertically. This means that unless your floor is spotless, perfectly smooth, and flat - the feet will drag. Hardware is less than stellar.
