Shoolex fillers fit men's size 12 tennis shoes. Big toe feels so good against these cushy shoe fillers. I'm a rower, and our club has ~40 rowers.

It wont fit immediately obviously you will need yo adjust it so as you can see to fit to my daughters snickers i needed to cut it until i got the correct size

Truly don’t think they do much of anything i wish they had a little to area so they could be placed in the shoe and stay put but they don’t so it’s hard to get them to stay in place

Theyre not terribly soft and they take a while to get used to because it doesnt 34give34 like tissue does but they do work
