Pros

First time buying inserts in hopes of relieving shin splints right before a 5k. Once trim to my size it fit my boots and my running shoes perfectly!

The heel support is nice and springy, and does not hurt my heel. As a complement for my condition, i wear a brace in both feet that only covers the arch area. Good cushioning to protect my heel spur.

These are very nicely padded, flexible and easy to cut to fit. It's so much better than wearing none.

Cons

Shoe is too thick and too wide to fit comfortably in a small women's shoe. Really, really uncomfortable. Stick to known brands like dr scholes for your shoe needs.
